Terms and Conditions Shipping and Handling We use Standard Ground UPS Shipping on most orders unless instructed otherwise by customer preference. Oversize or heavy items may have an additional shipping charge. Optional expedited shipping is available such as Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select at an additional expense to be calculated and charged when your order is prepared, packaged and weighed at time of shipping. In the extremely rare event of a package that may have visible or content damage or loss please notify the delivery driver and also the shipping carrier within 24 hours to report any such issue.
If you have front fork "push button bleeders" we recommend that you leave them off before sending them in by replacing them with the standard screw in style to prevent leaks in shipping, if they are sent in on your items a regular set will be installed for the return shipping trip for an additional $15.00 and the "push button bleeders" will be returned to you in a zip lock bag attached.
Sales Tax Sales tax is charged on instate orders only (N.J. 7% Sales tax) as required by law. Any applicable Sales and or Use Tax charged by the state you live in or ship to is your responsibility.

Backordered Items If an item is ordered and temporally out of stock meaning less than 30 days before shipping it will be considered backordered an automatically ship when available. If more than 30 days we will notify you via e-mail. Backorders will be filled before regular orders when backordered items become available.
Policies Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and /or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. We assume no liability for any errors in listings,specifications,part numbers,prices, model applications or product quality. All Prices subject to change without notice. Returns and Exchanges No returns on used or mounted products or when origional packaging is damaged. No returns on unused products after 30 days. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include all instructions and original packaging and in NEW condition fit to sell as new. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number, please call to obtain and must be displayed clearly on the out side of the shipping box. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of original invoice. A restocking fee of 25% may apply.We are the sole determiner as to the acceptable condition when any item is returned.
Warranty Only the manufacturer of any product can provide you with their own warranty and/or terms as it applies to your product, in mainy cases we are only a distributer or authorized dealer for those products.
Custom Suspension and All Suspension Orders Custom and all or any Suspension orders are Not returnable. Not Refundable. Not exchangeable. Cancellation of a custom order or special order is subject to a 25% cancellation and restocking fee. Any item disassembled by others or otherwise tampered with by customer and or others will void the seal warranty, manufacturers warranty and or guarantee and we are the sole determiner of the acceptable condition of such.
Liability All Products manufactured and distributed by Pro Pilot Racing Inc. / Pro Pilot Corporation are offered and designed for use with standard machines and makes no claims as to any products effectiveness on modified machines. Pro Pilot Racing Inc. / Pro Pilot Corporation is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications,and or owner operator customer installed ,third party or dealer installed items. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifactions, product descriptions, product quality, and pricing and model applications. We reserve the right to change any specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and model applications at any time without prior oral or written notice and without further obligation.
